Update v1.01:

  • More than doubled the number of meshes! Now with several house props, some stylized trees, simple road modules, and a few other random objects.
  • Made minor improvements to the roof pieces.
  • Improved the materials to better import into Godot Engine. I haven't tested this with other engines yet but the materials should import correctly into Unity and Unreal.
  • Other small adjustments to improve the overall quality!

A stylized and easily customizable modular asset pack aimed at putting together houses and other buildings for your game or any other project! You may use these assets in any project, including commercial projects, royalty free!

100+ Meshes

  • Most meshes have more than one material slot, and textures can be easily swapped out.
  • All wall modules have separate material slots for either side, as well as a trim material.

15+ Textures

  • Several of the textures are multipurpose and can be used with many of the meshes with minimal to no UV adjustments needed.
  • All textures are made in grayscale, making it much easier to apply unique colors.

Access the gltf, fbx, and obj files for free! However, if you pay $5 or more then you will also get the .blend file to edit and modify as much as you want!

I plan to make many additions to this pack and to create more, better packs in the near future so any support is very appreciated!
